Q: Is everything made by hand?

A: Yep. Every garment is screen printed in-house by hand. No auto-press. No Direct-To-Garment. No heat press. Hand made with love every step of the way.

Q: What type of ink is used?

A: Discharge or water-based ink. This creates very breathable print that dyes the fabric vs laying on top of it like plastisol. This process takes more time than your average plastisol shirt but the end result leaves you with a totally weightless print that will age with a nice vintage look.

Q: Return/Exchange policy?

A: Refunds are only offered on shirts that arrive defective within 14 days of delivery. In which case the shirt must be returned unwashed in the same condition it arrived with no signs of wear.

We do offer exchanges if we have a replacement in stock. This request must be made within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping the shirt back. Given the size of our operation we are currently unable to cover that cost. Please be mindful when selecting your size and check the size chart!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship daily M-F! Shipping generally takes anywhere between 1-5 business days.

Q: My package was lost, what do I do?

A: All packages are insured. If this happens to you file a claim with USPS to immediately to start a refund. Once I drop the shirts off what happens to the package is out of my hands. Please be mindful of entering the correct shipping address.
